Ingredients:
- 3 oz
7 percent ground beef (2 blocks protein)
- 4 egg
whites (2 blocks protein)
- 1 fat
free flour tortilla (2 blocks carb)
- 2
cups fresh strawberries or other fruit to complete a 4 block meal.
(2 blocks carb)
SPICES:
- 1/2
tsp. garlic powder
- 1
tbsp. mild chili powder
- 1/2
tsp. black pepper
- 1/2
tsp. salt
- 1
tsp. white vinegar
- 1/2
tsp. ground cumino
- 1/2
tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1-1/3
tsp. of olive oil (4 blocks fat)

Directions:

Mix above spices and oil thoroughly into the raw ground
beef.

Fry up in a non-stick pan and when "crumbly" add egg
whites and cook until done.

Heat up tortilla and there you have it.
Remark: 4-block meal
To make it even more Zone favorable, substitute a corn tortilla,
which is usually one block and add 1/2 cup salsa while sautéing
the ground beef mixture or add another block of fruit. Another
good change would be to substitute 1 cup Morning Star Farms
