Ingredients:
- 1 lb
lean, ground hamburger [12P]
- 24
oz. canned Mexican Tomatoes [4C]
- 1 8
oz. can tomato juice [1C]
- 1
envelope chili seasoning
- 2 1/2
C chopped celery [1C]
- 1 16
oz. can red Kidney beans - drained [6C]

Minced dried onion
- Salt
and pepper to taste

Directions:

Season hamburger with seasoned salt, pepper, and minced
dried onion then brown hamburger.

Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 -
2 hours.
