Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup
Milk or Soymilk [1 C, 1 F,1 P]
- 1 Cup
frozen strawberries (or fresh if available) [1 C]
- 1
kiwi, peeled [1 C]
- 1 Cup
ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
- 2
scoops ZonePerfect Protein Powder (or other equal to 14 grams
protein) [2 P]
- 6
almonds (2 F)

Directions:

Add the milk, strawberries, and kiwi to a blender and
mix until smooth.

Add ice, if desired and continue to blend until smooth.

Blend in protein powder and top with the almonds for a
delightful summertime breakfast on the go!
