Zone Diet Spanish Omelet

Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, sliced (1 block carb)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced (1 block carb)
  • Spray oil
  • 6 white eggs (3 blocks protein)
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 4 drops of Tabasco

Directions:

  • Spray the pan with the spray oil. Wait one minute, then add the onion and after two minutes and add the sliced tomatoes.

  • Cook until onions are tender and then add the eggs, Tabasco (which adds a lot to this) pepper and salt.

  • After that all you need to do is mix it for like four to five minutes and you have a very tasty meal.
