Ingredients:
- 1
onion, sliced (1 block carb)
- 2
tomatoes, sliced (1 block carb)
- Spray
oil
- 6
white eggs (3 blocks protein)
- Black
pepper and salt
- 4
drops of Tabasco
Directions:
-
Spray the pan with the spray oil. Wait one minute, then
add the onion and after two minutes and add the sliced
tomatoes.

Cook until onions are tender and then add the eggs,
Tabasco (which adds a lot to this) pepper and salt.

After that all you need to do is mix it for like four to
five minutes and you have a very tasty meal.
