Ingredients:
- 4
large egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute [2P]
- 1/2
cup chopped onion [1/2C]
- 1
chopped green pepper [1/2C]
- 1 oz.
low-fat cheese [1P]
- 1
teaspoon olive oil [3F]

Chopped tomato
- Chili
powder, optional

Directions:

Beat egg whites and olive oil. Mix in vegetables,
cheese and chili powder to taste.

Spray a non-stick pan with vegetable spray. Scramble
eggs.

Add 2 Blocks of your favorite fruit to make up the 2
needed blocks of Carbohydrates
Total: 3 Block Zone Meal.
