Ingredients:

4oz.skinless, boneless, fatless chicken breast
- Lime
to taste
-
Crushed Red Pepper to taste
-
Lawrey's Season Salt to taste
- 1
tsp. olive oil
- 1
cups green beans
- 1 cup
applesauce
- 1
macadamia nut,or 1 1/2 tsp. slivered almonds, or 6 peanuts

Directions:
-
Heat on high a nonstick or cast iron pan with olive oil.

Place chicken in heated pan. Add red pepper and Lawrey's.

Reduce heat to medium low after 4 minutes. Turn chicken
frequently.

Last five minutes of cooking, squeeze 1/4 lime on
chicken.
-
Total cooking time is 17 minutes. Serve with green
beans.

Finish your meal with applesauce and nuts.
