Ingredients:
- 6 oz.
scallops [4P]
- Juice
from one lemon [1C]
-
Garlic, to taste
-
Parsley, to taste
- Black
Pepper, to taste
- 2
tbs. white wine
- 3
cups broccoli, steamed [1C]
- 1
spinach/side salad
- 4
tsp. oil and vinegar dressing [4F]
- 1
nectarine [1C]
- 1
peach OR 1 cup strawberries [1C]

Directions:

Place scallops in a shallow baking dish.

Cover with lemon juice, wine and spices.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or
until done.

Serve with broccoli and salad.
