Zone Diet - Blueberry Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
- 3/4
cup low fat cottage cheese (3 protein)
- 1/2
cup plain yogurt (1 protein and 1 carb)
- 1/3
cup unsweetened applesauce (1 carb)
- 1 cup
blueberries (fresh or frozen) (2 carb)
- 4
teaspoons slivered almonds (4 fat)

Directions:

Place blueberries and applesauce, nutmeg and cinnamon in
a blender and pulse 2 or 3 times.

In a medium bowl, combine blueberry mixture, yogurt and
cottage cheese.

Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
